Do I need to buy my tickets online?
Yes. Tickets are sold exclusively on our website. No tickets will be available at the event entrance.
Do you accept the Access 2 Card?
Yes!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash.
Are you open despite the rain?
Citrouilleville is open in all weather conditions! In case of unusual weather, we encourage you to check our website and Facebook page for updates.
Can I bring my stroller?
The village paths are gravel, which can make it challenging to use a standard stroller. We recommend using a stroller with all-terrain wheels. You also have the option to bring your own wagon for easier transportation.
What are activity tokens, and can they be purchased on-site as well?
Activity tokens are used to pay for certain activities inside the village, such as pumpkin decorating, duck races, tractor rides, etc. They can also be used to purchase food, such as our roasted sweet corn and popcorn. Tokens must be purchased on-site (cash, debit, credit). Please visit our "ACTIVITIES" page to see all activities that require tokens.

Where should we park?
Park directly in front of the pumpkin village. Parking is free.
What is the age range for visiting Citrouilleville?
Most activities are suitable for children between 2 and 10 years old. The corn maze is recommended for children aged 8 and up. Citrouilleville is the perfect destination for a successful family autumn outing.
Are costumes allowed?
Costumes are not only allowed but encouraged!
