Several partnership options are available to you.
Presenting Partner
As the main event partner, the Presenting Partner enjoys the highest visibility and customized creative projects, including:
- Presence in the event's signature.
- Presence in the entire communication plan: dedicated posts, largest logo on the website with a hyperlink, event backdrop, and logo strip.
- Presentation of the Puppet Stage.
- Custom pumpkin structure representing the partner.
- Presentation of two activities on-site.
- On-site activation rights.
- Option to include a free promotional item in goody bags.
- Free site entry.
Gold Partner
The Gold Partner plays a central role in the event with the following visibility:
- Presence in the entire communication plan: dedicated posts, logo on the website with a hyperlink, and in the logo strip.
- Activation fees included (e.g., promotional item distribution, activation space, etc.).
- Presentation of one on-site activity from the available options.
- Option to include a free promotional item in the swag bags.
- Free site entry.
Silver Partner
The Silver Partner is a valuable collaborator of the festival with the following visibility:
- Presence in the entire communication plan: dedicated posts, logo on the website with a hyperlink, and in the logo strip.
- Presentation of one (1) on-site activity from the available options (with partner branding).
- Additional activation fees to be assessed based on the project.
- Free site entry.
Bronze Partner
The Bronze Partner is a supporter of the event with the following visibility:
- Presence in the entire communication plan: dedicated posts, logo on the website with a hyperlink, and in the logo strip.
- Presence on general outdoor signage at the site.
